Niels is a structured and analytical student of economics. Niels is particularly driven by using work on data as a tool for preparing economic analyses that have a socio-economic relevance.

Niels has a broad interest in both micro and macroeconomics but is particularly interested in econometric methods and programming. He has worked with the programming language Python as part of his education. He uses this to write programs that can process data by extracting and processing information from large datasets, which can then be used as part of the preparation of analyses.

Niels is doing his bachelor’s degree at the University of Copenhagen and has also taken courses in the Mathematics-Economics programme at the Faculty of Science at the University of Copenhagen.
