For more than ten years, Andreas has worked with analysis, evaluation and policy development within welfare. Andreas thus has extensive experience in preparing analyses on the labour market, education and social services and specialises in register data analyses and quantitative impact measurements.
Through his previous employment in, among other things, Kraka, the Ministry of Employment and the Labour Market Commission, Andrea has solid experience in making application-oriented analyses, which are disseminated in the media, driving policy development and creating a sound decision-making base for public and private clients.
Andreas manages HBS-Jobindex – an analytical tool where text analysis of online job postings provides the possibility to prepare statistical analyses of the labour market’s demand side. Andreas is also responsible for competence analyses, where the combination of register and job posting data is used for comprehensive mapping of the labour market’s supply and demand side.
