SOCIAL WELFARE AND HEALTHCARE
High employment is imperative to the Danish welfare model, which includes a fine-meshed social safety net and universal welfare services. However, in combination with the relatively high pay levels in Denmark, this means that some groups of people have difficulties finding permanent employment, e.g. due to sickness, burnout or being socially challenged.
Our expertise in this area includes mapping and analysing the social balance in the Danish welfare system and establishing knowledge about how to ensure the best possible use of human and economic resources in society.
Among other things, we help our clients
- assess the impact of social and health interventions;
- carry out socio-economic analyses in social welfare and health;
- identify ways to achieve a more inclusive labour market;
- analyse the relationship between health and employment.
